Common questions
What counts as a streak day?
Logging anything at all on at least one task. You don't have to hit the target, and you don't have to do every task. One glass of water out of eight still counts. Days with nothing scheduled don't break your streak.
I forgot to log yesterday. Can I add it now?
No. A day can only be logged on the day itself, so your record shows what really happened. That's what the streak freeze is for: you earn one every 7 logged days, and it covers a missed day automatically.
How do I use 4Arcs on another device?
Create an account (Profile → Settings → Account), then log in with it on the other device. Your contract and progress follow your account.
I forgot my password.
On the Log in screen, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. You'll get a link from noreply@4arcs.app. If you can't find it, check your spam folder. For safety, only a few emails can be sent to one address every 15 minutes.
How do I join a creator's contract?
When you start, choose "Contract code" and type the code the creator gave you. You can have one contract at a time, so if you already have one, delete it first: Settings → your contract → Delete.
The Focus timer doesn't show in the Dynamic Island.
Check that Live Activities are on: iPhone Settings → 4Arcs → Live Activities. The timer appears once a Focus session is running and you leave the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → 4Arcs. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my contract or my account?
To start over with a new contract: Settings → your contract → Delete. To delete your account and all its data: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting an account can't be undone. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted.
